It took a while and involved several back and forth emails with Kraftmaid to finally get our new replacement wastebaskets. Something this simple should be a little easier and faster to get.
Did not fit my 20 year old kraftmaid cabinet roll out basket carrier. Was not allowed a return authorization because it was purchased online. What a bite.
The replacement wastebasket is too long for the drawer and I needed to prop up the basket to prevent it from dragging on the bottom of the drawer when opening and closing. Poor design with no adjustments leads to this poor review.
Perfect fit. Would give five stars but experienced considerable difficulties with the web page. After waiting several hours it finally worked.
