Deluxe Dovetailed Roll-Out Trays

Easy to install. works perfectly in cabinet.

I recently converted my Kraftmaid 33” base cabinet that stood next to my stove from a standard shelf to two roll out drawers. The fit was excellent and the result was a very useful and convenient way to access all he pots and pans that are stored in that cabinet.

Arrived In rather beaten boxes but in good shape. Missing some missing installation screws. Easy to install!

I ordered three of these, My cabinets came with some but I wanted to add more. One of the trays had a broken part on the track / rail, I called Kraftmaid and spoke with “Miranda”. I cannot say enough about how pleasant and accommodating she was. The call took about five minutes and a new set of track / rails are being shipped to me. I understand that things like that can happen with any product, but often times you don’t receive the high quality of customer service which I received.

I am well pleased with the shelves. My son had no problem with quickly install the shelves.

I purchased four of these and though the expense was not inconsiderable, I was impressed by how finely made the trays were. The hardware is heavy enough to handle the weight of all the glass bowls and cookware I needed the drawers to access. Installation was remarkably easy, and after the brief learning curve to install the first tray, the others took just minutes. The trays are exactly what I needed.
Boxes arrived tattered and with holes torn at the ends, where the weight shifted and the sharp corners banged around in transit. One box had two lefts (of the plastic bracket backs) rather than one left and one right. That would've been a hassle (and caused a delay in installation while I waited for the replacement) but one of the other boxes had two (rather than the one needed) complete hardware packages, so the two wrongs made it right. I was happy about that, but you probably shouldn't be.
I considered buying someone else's drawers, or making some myself, since they seemed so expensive, but I am so glad I didn't. These are perfect, and were way less trouble than the other options would've turned out to be, I know.

They are great! Fit perfectly and we’re easy to install, the hard part was cleaning out the cabinet.

The shelves are well made and work well. Installation into older cabinets (those without pre-drilled holes in back and side panels) requires additional measuring and drilling that is not specified in the instructions provided. The product still works very well, but a bit of extra work is required.
